Either party may cancel a project with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced at the agreed rate.

Refund Eligibility

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we fail to deliver agreed-upon milestones, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exceptions

Custom development work, third-party licenses, and completed deliverables are generally non-refundable. Retainer fees for unused hours may be credited toward future work.
